Eastern Avenue Connector Update - Up for approval on the January 14 Board of Supervisors consent agenda: a proposal to move forward with a Design-Build procurement model for the Eastern Avenue connector road, following a prior attempt at a public-private partnership (PPTA).

This change improves the project’s chances of moving ahead by making the project eligible for VDOT Revenue Sharing funds that were previously unavailable.
