Mint Springs Adventure Race This Saturday

A free 4 and 8-hour Orienteering + Mountain Biking adventure race this Saturday November 8th at Mint Springs Valley Park in Crozet, VA.

Racers will navigate rugged terrain using only a map, compass, and snacks. The course mixes single track, fire roads, off-trail routes, and elevation changes. Both teams and solo racers will face steep climbs, hidden checkpoints, thorns, and the unpredictable Blue Ridge backcountry.

• 8-hour course: Starts at 8:00 AM; may extend into adjacent private property.

• 4-hour course: Fully inside the park; perfect for families, kids, first-timers, or casual teams.

Both races include on-foot and mountain biking control points; you'll need to collect both types to complete the race.

This race supports the Crozet Cares Closet. Donations are encouraged and will be collected at check-in.
